At Advantage Lumber, we strive to ensure your premium wood products meet your exact project specifications. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused lumber or decking materials in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the crate or pallet.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Arrange for freight or parcel shipping to the return address provided by our representative; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned material for damage and quantity, we will process your refund or credit minus any applicable restocking fees within 7-10 business days.
